Semi-Private Coaching

Group Coaching is proven to be the most effective way to get the most out of your training. However, during big classes of 8-20 people it is difficult to give each person the individual time required. Semi-Private Coaching is the solution. With Semi-Private Coaching we keep the groups between 2-4 people so everyone gets enough attention and individual help. Training in small groups can even sometimes be more effective than training 1:1 with a trainer because of the following reasons.

  • Get all the benefits of 1:1 personal training with the added bonus of a group training environment providing friendly competition.
  • The pace and intensity of the session stays high because there is always something happening. While one person rests, the other person is lifting and someone is spotting. Working together as a team enables people to maintain focus meaning motivation stays high throughout session.
  • People feed off each others energy and efforts. If you see your training partner(s) pushing themselves harder, you will feel much more inclined to do the same yourself. No one wants to be the person who turns up and doesn't give their full effort. It is a reason to turn up mentally prepared to challenge yourself as you will be expecting the rest of the group to be motivated.
  • Committing to training in a group is great incentive to not skip sessions. There is added motivation because you will not want to let the group down by not showing up.
  • Cut the cost almost in half and make coaching more affordable (1:1 sessions normally 45, and group coaching makes each session much less per person).
  • Learn more about how to spot, load plates, set up exercises and build a full skill set enabling you to train in confidence.
  • Learn by observing others. Its very useful to be able to watch others being corrected on exercises so you can see the mistakes you might be making yourself.

Find a training partner (or two or three) who are also looking for some guidance and coaching and book your first session today.
